I haven't been able to find any falcon wing shoulders in the fm. Does anybody know how much they would cost if i do find someone selling one in windia?

I would wait until they (hopefully) fix the evo world glitch... the price was 150-200m until cygnus stopped dropping equipment, it should go down when it gets fixed
in renegades i managed to find one for 600mil but they sell for 900mil on average here not too sure about windia but it should be cheaper then in renegades
