Unique pot scrolling
Are the event scrolls usable on potentialess items? The description would almost suggest they are only for upgrading potential to unique from epic or rare

Are the event scrolls usable on potentialess items? The description would almost suggest they are only for upgrading potential to unique from epic or rare

Ouch...I hope for 4/6.....
I just failed 6 unique pott scrolls...

You can use them on any item that's not unique excluding items that cannot have potential and items that are legendary. So Epic, Rare, 2L, 3L, potless items can be unique-potted.
