My laptop keyboard is broken some of my laptop keys do not work, specifically the s, w, x, and the 2 keys. By coincidence, all of them are in succession of each other on the keyboard, so I highly doubt that it's a motherboard issue. Also, I already tried cleaning under the laptop keyboard aswell as replacing the little things that connect the keys to the keyboard itself. A friend of mine suggested to uninstall the keyboard in device manage, but I already tried that.. and I also tried removing the laptop battery and holding the power button down, but unfortunately it didn't work. Does anyone know how I can fix this without buying a new keyboard?
recovery disk assistance Long story short: my Lenovo laptop (8.1 OS) has a BSOD with a "critical service failed" error, and is in a continuous loop of restarting by itself. I want to try and use/make recovery discs to basically reset the laptop completely (I have tried nearly everything to boot into safe mode). My friend has a lenovo laptop with an 8.1 OS as well, so my question is: how do I use his laptop to make recovery/restore discs for mine?
fixing my computer Lately I've been having problems running youtube while going on something like League of Legeds, or sometimes even loading other websites while having music on youtube running in the background. I don't know if it's google chrome (the browser I use) or something with my settings on my laptop, but I'm tired of having to ONLY use youtube ya know? Are there any settings for my laptop/google chrome I can use, or any way to make my laptop faster so that I can use youtube in the background while doing other things?
my wifi adapter is gone I finally reset my other laptop completely, however, the wireless adapter doesn't exist on it anymore- I can't see any wifi connections, theres no wifi adapter under device manager, and there's no connection for it in the network and sharing center. What in the world do I do to fix this?
