Drk. At level 130 with just a few rings, wgs and a cape I use as general xferred equips on all my chars, I have a 45k buffed range with unscrolled MPE drops.
Avast, ranges matter little if ye ave' a terrible damage multiplier.
You want a strong explorer, aye? Dark Knights are a sure fit.
