Are the Evo World prequests still bugged?

Last time I tried to do the Evo World prequests, my character became stuck and I had to wait for maintenance until I could play with them again. I kind of want to train at Evo World, but I don't want to get my character stuck for another week. So, does anyone know if the prequests for Evo World are still bugged?
