Making a new explorer

I'm making a new explorer, and I honestly feel stuck in regards to the direction to take it.
I'm not very funded, but I can afford clean cra equips and clean empress, so it's not too bad... but damage isn't my highest priority.

Basically, my criteria includes the following:
- Good mobility
- Able to take hits/able to recover lost HP without potions
- Has good Mobbing skills
- Able to get to level 100 at a decent rate
- Enjoyable/Fun

So what do you guys think would best suit that criteria? I know that the last one is subjective, but I'd like to hear opinions.

Ice/Lightning is easily the most fun and unique of the classes you mentioned, the play style is fun, and who doesn't wanna turn everything blue and give bosses frostbite? Since the Rising Heroes update, our Frozen Orb makes us great bossers.

Thanks for your input, everyone! I decided to go with an I/L in the end.

And for those who asked why I didn't put DrK on the list, I just have an irrational dislike for the class. I don't plan on ever making one.

as a old paladin user, i hate getting 5 charges then blast then 5 charges again. (basically the only way to get the most out of your char.)
i often played using just 5 charges and no blast buff. *see the skill to see what perks of having blast buff if you dont already know. you use no hp pots at all and they have a move that heals 1/2 your life so all you need is a jr boogie for mp. but it got boring fast at level 188. bossing was very easy since you have a 30 sec godmode (hyperskill)

i like a challenge and mobbing so i chose a different toon to main.

out of your choices, i would pick I/L i LOVE their blue skills (also LOVE tb's, never played either of these post bb or whatever. 2009-10)
mages have high mp and magic guard so i think that if you are just training, a jr boogie would be enough to avoid looking at your health/mp and they have a lumi like attack chain lightning which is pretty dope and frozen orb which is BEAST with a phantom atm. (cards fly everywhere!) they are also decent at bossing looking at some of the bossing vids.
new jump teleport, never saw this, but sure you can research and see how it works.

i dont think im being biased but i currently main a DS for its godly mobbing. DS>lumi imo for mobbing

hope you pick the right toon for you! to be "successful" in maple, you need LOTS of funding or just need to have a main char for more than a year that you LOVE to play bcus overtime thats how you improve your toon without massive amounts of funds.

Ice Lighting mage does seem to fit the criteria you're looking for.
We have awesome mobility with teleport (especially if you get the Hyper skill to extend distance, and we can also teleport in the air now woohoo!)
Our MP got boosted, which will help out with Magic Guard, so now adventurer mages are probably one of the most tankiest classes in the game.
Chain Lightning is an amazing mobbing skill; and if the map is small enough, you can completely clear it by casting Frozen Orb in one direction and killing enemies off the other side with CL.
l made my IL too long ago to be able to judge how long it will take to get to 100, but it shouldn't take long at all since you get a lot of mobbing skills as you level!
lce Lightnings are a ton of fun, so try them out!

How is dark knight not on this list? And out of the given I'd definitely say pally; their defense is incredible, and if that doesn't work they have a heal skill.
Plus, who doesn't like god mode?

Omfg I got my i/L to like 120 in 2 days lol.
Esp during this weekend's 2x. Take advantage of it.
Skills are extremely fun, I love them, and the animations. Really makes you think sometimes.
For the hp/mp part, I really only need unagis sometimes during bossing, and I use % pots from NLC. Basically, he'll only lose a little mp. But it's not a hassle with Ginger Ale's from NLC.
(your mp is your hp with magic guard btw)
Overall, I would recommend the i/L.

Edit*
Dat jr boogie card doe
