you can buy mine if you want (maybe) I dont really play my db its 75 att u/h 3% crit pot or somethin i think
I used to see a lot after HT runs, i would suggest crafting a meteor katara, it is really cheap to make one (recipe sold by npc, aquamarines, adv. item crystals). Just craft until u have a 54att or higher which is the average att of a moonshadow katara. Managed to craft a 56att meteor katara so far.
Nothing drops the recipe as far as I know. The only way to get it is from Horn Tail but I haven't gotten one in a very long time. I'm starting to think not even HT drops it now.
