Question regarding female hb

I didn't even think of this when I made my mercedes, I only thought about current equips.
is it even possible for me to get hb anymore? I know female stirge skirts don't exist or are rare, and i'm not too sure if you can make android pants anymore?
anyone have some insight for me? thanks !
