ah right, forgot about the SP revamp GMS had! thats why i always say that im from EMS cause i dont always know about all the changes that GMS got. hope i didnt screw anything up for you...

^ uhh Dont listen to BoBo. That's EMS. GMS just had an SP revamp and you can no longer use your leftover SP from higher jobs for lower level jobs.
max in order of endgame priority as soon as you can.
Passives> Buffs > DPS > Utility

This is commin from personal experience after the new changes. I had to waste 4k nx on an SP reset cuz I didnt max Might and left booster at lv 18. (you need as much time as possible on buffs)

uhm im an Aran in EMS and i think i got the build for you: 1st job everything maxed except Booster on i think lvl 18, 2nd job everything except final charge, 3rd job everything except final toss (i maxed Final Charge and Booster with leftover SP from 3rd job, since i found Final Toss absolutely useless) and then boom, youre at 4th job with everything maxed except the useless Final Toss

Afaik ayumilove updates their skill builds regularly based on the dates of the comments on the website. I followed all my builds using that and haven't had any problems.

body pressure yes, final charge i don't think i did.
final charge is useful but the %damage is pretty bad on it

Body pressure is useful, it ignores DR now so using it on bosses is viable, as well it prevents you from taking touch damage.
