Where to find soul enchanters

As the title says, where can you find soul enchanters?
What monster has the highest drop chance?

EDIT: or is there a way to use a soul enchanter on a weapon without equipping it?

I think all mobs have the chance to drop 30% soul enchanters.
I got one from a mutant snail and Root Abyss Bosses
high drop rate on bosses is probably your best bet
yes there is a way to use a soul enchanter with out equipping a weapon but you will need a old player who has the legendary spirit skill as for monster drops with high drop rate there is none but you could use a monster with drop buff effect and hunt them down.
