Basic attack and % Damage? Can someone explain the difference between basic attack and % damage of a skill because I checked basil's BB revamped skills for evans and...well The skills that are based on "basic attack" now has "% damage" like: Earthquake Maxed(lvl 20): MP -31, Basic Attack: 250, Mastery 60%, hits up to 8 enemies After BB revamp the description was: Earthquake Maxed(lvl 20): -49 MP, 740% damage to up to 8 enemies. Is the 740% damage=basic attack:250 or better or worse? I wanna know if nexon if it's getting any better or worse lol.
