Se I'm about to hit a milestone!
I'm level 99, and about to hit 100 (first character to do this!). I was wondering where I should be training. I was at MP3 from 93-99, and I recently went to Pirates, but they take too long to kill, and the exp seems slower. Should I head back to MP3 until I can kill them faster?

Grats! I reached 100 yesterday.
I find that I can easily claim the whole mp3 map by using mist + teleport mastery. After BB, I thought that explosion was crazy fast training because poison was screwed up, but I realized that I can still mist just as easily. It does take a heck of a lot of pots, but I gain 1 level per hour on average, which is pretty good for me.
