Has there been a pottable badge other then the ghost badge (i boomed mine years ago)if possible i'd like it to be tier 3 so i can get decent % stats

Did you go to Quay Bay in Singapore? See if the NPC that gives the quest has the quest available for you. Years ago the quests had been reset because they revamped Malaysia and Singapore.
