Post Big Bang Final Attack

For those of use bowmen/women who are over level 70, who is going to get final attack? I'm just recently getting back into this game and I was wondering will i not get another 2nd job skill so i can get final attack. I was thinking of not getting Knockback and get final attack instead. and Please can you guys tell me more about skill changes to bowman?
