How much hits/s do Wind Archers do?
I get like 23.33~ but that's not factoring double chance because I'm not sure how it works. The most obvious thing would be to think it hits twice which leads to 35.83 hits/s, but it also might be 29.58~ if not.
Also, isn't trifling whim kind of annoying? Like the projectile is slow and during bosses, such as Vellum, the projectiles are too slow to reach him in time before he goes into the ground. Is the damage still counted? I'm guessing no, but I want to make sure.

Double chance works I believe like this:
Instead of having one 60% chance to activate trifling whim on a normal attack
You now have two 60% chances to activate trifling whim on a normal attack
IDC, about the hps the class is fun to play.
Trifling whim and storm bringer can affect each other meaning even if you work out a hps on paper it doesn't mean it will be the same in game.
And both will hit vellum even when it burrows.
