I did those before the update but didn't finish. Now the quest starter dude is in the party quest place and he doesn't have anymore quests for me

First thing's first, you have to accept the quest from Chief Tatamo in Leafre (town). After doing so, you'll be asked to go to this map: http://www.hidden-street.net/gms/map/leafre/leafre-the-forest-that-disappeared

Go back and forth from leafre and that map above until you complete the quest. I also listed some helpful links at the bottom if you're still confused.

You also need at least 3 people in your party with the soaring skill (meaning that they have to have the skill before starting the pq [entered from the PQ zone and teleported to the PQ map in leafre]).

And you have to walk to the map (link above) and not to the NPC in the PQ Zone; they're two different NPCs with different functions (if that makes any sense).

There's bound to be a guide somewhere if you google it.
You should be able to start it by talking to Chief Tatamo in Leafre. I believe the quest is Dragon Rider's Identity or something along those lines.
From there you can take the taxi and then move over 1 map to the right to get to Red Dragon Turtles. Take the top right portal and then from there go to the bottom right and you'll be at Crimson Sky Dock. Everything should be guided from there. You just kill stuff and take it back.

he should give you the quest i believe
