unfortunately that option for trading useless skill books will be available after the justice patch unless gms will advance it

Oh I see what you're talking about now. You can always post on Nexon's forums asking this question and/or file a ticket, since the option got removed (when there are still books with no useful purpose, floating around).

I thought you were referring on how to actually trade in 'useless' books, as in books you don't need.

Some Skill books have become useless like for Ex: High Mastery 30 for Arans when you double-click the skill book it says you can exchange this skill book for a new one by talking to the maple admin but nothing show up when you talk to her

The Maple Administrator Doesn't give you a option to exchange it
