Pacific: 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM
Eastern: 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM
What will be unavailable:
All MapleStory game servers.
Website login and the billing system will be unavailable from 6:30 AM - 9 AM Pacific. During that time you will not be able to purchase NX or view previous purchases.
Changes and Updates:
MapleStory will be updated to v.162.3.0.
Servers will be updated with fix files. No new game content will be added at this time.
Additional updates and modifications to be announced pending testing confirmation.

It has nothing to do with your computer and more with the internet connection and the traffic to the Nexon servers. Learn some stuff about the internet plz./
