Tier 3 of Potential Items
Hello Basilers,
I was wondering whether tier 3 of the potentials for items 70+, 75+, or 80+? I've always thought that it was 70+, but guildmates of mine have said that it was 75+ or 80+. So, which is the truth? Attach any proof that you may have. Thank you very much.

@phoenixshots: i heard that they're just moving the item level for tier four up. not sure where but somewhere on the forums.
