Valentines Roses Drop?

I was fighting pink teddies and one of them dropped a yellow one. Does this mean all the colours drop?

I got a blue one from MP3.
Although they did drop red and tons of yellows.

The roses are pole arms with low atk but no level or stat requirements.

I got a yellow rose from jr sentinels and two people have just given them to me..
