Why is nexons customer service So bad?

I mean it's HORRIBLE! any other company would get back at you within a month at most.
You have people that submitted tickets YEARS ago still getting follow-up tickets.
Like really, NOBODY wants nexon to spam their e-mail saying "We have not forgotten about your ticket"
So what are you going to do just keep it in your thoughts? Instead of keeping my ticket in your thoughts go make me a Sammich'
