Master craftsman -gt Meister diligence reward?

Title is meant to be "Master craftsman -> Meister diligence reward?"

Getting to Master craftsman gives you 2k diligence upon leveling. I'm wondering if reaching Meister also has a diligence reward?
There's very little info on this from all the max diligence guides but I have read that apparently you don't get any diligence for reaching Meister.
I just want someone who's 100% certain to confirm this. Thanks.
