You can do it without even buffing. 1st stage is straightforward. Second stage, just go down to kill the mobs. Jewel should die in 1-5 hits of anything.
@QueenLorde: I'd just use maple reward points for them
I was able to complete hard gollux with 180% boss and 150k range as an f/p.
You can easily sweep norm.
From experience:
All ra gears and over 50k clean to defeat norm gollux as an fp.
Grab a damage rune and you're good to go.
@Kiitsune: I would just buy new armor unless your lumi armor has over 9% int each. Psoks are so expensive.
You should be able to finish it in 10 minutes (plus 2-3 minutes on getting there + limbs). It will be easier if you use infinity for the eyes + gem. Most of the mobs will die by themselves if you turn on teleport mastery, ifrit, and inferno aura. Remember to use the potion for boss att since your %boss is low.
On the eyes, you can use meteor shower on the middle platform to kill mobs below. I did it with half your range, although the eyes gave me a bit of trouble- good luck!

just missing the ring/earring for a reinforced set, and still debating on the CRA part, since I have the armor on my Lumi but I'd have to Psok it over..

Just get a little bit more %boss by finishing your CRA or Gollux set, and you'll be killing normal mode no problem.

oof.. forgot about the mobs. So used to doing gollux on my NL.
I'm not sure about F/Ps because they have a bit more difficulty with mob control compared to I/Ls (CL hits mobs from gem), but if you can avoid all the attacks, and spend enough time whittling away at the health bars, 100k range (without arcane aim)/50% boss should be enough to kill the gem in the timer.
