Elemental Staff Attribute Question
Does the elemental staves still give the elemental boost? it feels like it doesnt deduct any more.
PS: Thanks in advanced.
EDIT: And does it still give the deduction as well? I just want to make sure so it i can use it on all my characters.

Like above said, both the boosts and deductions are still there. I could do a test and ss to show you, but I'm too lazy lol
Both boosts and deductions should still be in place.
