Profession quotde-levelquot time duration
From here it says every 17 hours http://strategywiki.org/wiki/MapleStory/Professions
But I crafted at 8:00 EST yesterday and it is almost 9EST right now.... but my level is not dropping at all....
Can someone tell me exactly how long before the mastery starts to drop?
