Guidance for a newbie
Well I managed to level my BaM to 185 in two days from lv130 thanks to 2x events and funding but now I realize, I'm pretty inexperienced and noob with the class. Can anyone give me a hyper skill build as well as what inner ability I should get as well as any playstyle tips?

Hyper skill build as in what hypers to use, or where to put the hyper skill attack on the keyboard? I will assume you mean what hypers to use. To start, for passives you want hp, mp, int, luck, critical, and a choice between jump/speed/magic def, and weapon def. Accuracy is useless so do not bother with that. In terms of advanced skills, you want tele increase range, tele enhance, and use the other points for either dark shock or twister (there kinda pointless due to bkb (sweeping staff)).
Typically the inner abilities that everyone should, or have is... Crit, boss attack, buff duration, magic/weapon attack, or speed +1. Now because Bam's have alot of skills that increase damage from critical hits, it would make sense to have a inner ability with critical. However, boss attack and magic attack is also good. Speed +1 and buff duration are not that appealing for a bam, since are skills cooldown is finished right when the skill expires.
In terms of play style, there is not really much viable play styles with bam's. As a bam, you should be spamming BKB while casting tele. In terms of training, always stay on the bottom floor with monsters (such as hoh second platform). By doing this you can hit all the monsters with bkb. Twister is very useful when you need to heal very fast, and you have no potions (or potions are on cooldown). Otherwise, you will figure out how to play the class as you gain more experience.
