@Pliskin You can one shot mobs from the portal using PB as well. You simply must be at the far left side of the portal. So blade fury doesn't really do anything but take longer. The reason I turn is to help my PC with lag issues during the 1 hit bosses. Later on you'll have to turn anyway. Or if you don't one hit, depending on the number of hits you have to move < for 2-4 and <+a little more for 5+ hits.

@Pliskin Blade fury is rather slow when compared to PB. So it tends to lead to a slower time when you use it. What it comes down to is the human aspect I suppose. If you're quick with your keys doing PB twice to kill a middle summon then turning right should be faster than the PB+Fury combo. I take it that is what you're talking about.

isnt it better to use blade fury while facing -> if the boss is just out of range on the right side?(srry if that was confusing)

@Dominion This was just DB guide for how to dojo so I didn't use a soul weapon. I usually don't use one anyway, it creates more confusion if it doesn't attack right away like it should. But it's definitely a option people should try out.

I find that sometimes I can enter the portal without lag if I press up once at the right time without spamming it. I think a soul weapon would've helped your time

Hmm interesting, I'll have to give that a try the next time when I do a run on my db then haha

@darxssin Ya, but for some odd reason I find that I get less door lag if I hit and turn then portal so I tend to do the turn move regardless. Plus later on you gotta do it anyway. Lmao during one of my best runs I was actually turning > even if I got door summons to avoid door lag. Might be the tiny bit of extra load time for my PC or Nexon servers. Who knows o.o

Nice run! For the spawns that are happening on the right panda you can stand on the portal and still hit the mob with pb so all you have to do is press up to move on to the next stage (of course this only applies to the bosses that you can 1 hit).

@EatNow "if you can cap regardless of fc" and yea it just takes lots of practice and a good connection to the server. No one really funds DBs anymore to the extent they do other thief classes... so I've only seen myself and one other Beran DB do sub 5s.

Definitely? All ive been seeing on basil is how no dbs except a select few are able to sub 5 in dojo lol

@EatNow Definitely if you can cap regardless of fc.This run was really bad because of lag due to me recording and just nexon in general. But you can see the 4 positions to use to speed up your transitions between rooms.

Looking at this vid I think I can sub 4:50 pretty consistently if I went back to db
