Singapore/Haunted House monsters don't drop them I believe.

oh i see, so is this a once a day quest?
talk to Cassandra for the quest
then you get either 2x meso for 30mins, 2x meso for 1 hour, 2x drop for 30mins, and 2x drop for 1 hour
Talk to Cassandra, get two different etc drops 10 of each then talk to Cassandra again and hope not to get 2x meso
