Is it fixed yet? I'm training my Fighter and i'm not sure if I should put points in or not.

It is fixed, but the activation rate is wonky for various skills. Brandish, ground smash, power strike and slash blast proc rate for FA is near 0%, while intrepid slash and raging blow proc rate is in the 30%.
Yep. It works now. Still underpowered in the case of Arans but whatever.
