How can I fix this?

So when I play MS for more than half an hour or so, I'm rendered unable to do much of anything except train. It's almost like my Alt or Ctrl button is pressed down, because if I press Enter, MS goes into window mode. If I press Esc or Tab, it minimizes. Can't talk, can't click stuff unless it's a chat bubble, nothing. This even happens after I close down maple, forcing me to shut down my computer entirely and turn it back on. It's really starting to get on my nerves. Anyone know how to fix this?
