10. Last time I bothered trying to get an issue fixed I got an automated response for a [b]different[/b] nexon game and the topics weren't even similar at all.

I've been around since this game was released, and I'd have to give their support a 9/10 rating, assuming "10" is the worst it could be. I've worked with some online companies, including server hosting companies, and most other customer service experiences for me have been very positive. Nexon never responded to my emails, never helped me with my issues and has been at the center of many notorious horror stories for this game.
