Password was reseted

After I logged onto my sniper for about twenty minutes, I decided to swap to my wind archer on the same account.
However, I could not log in and the password was changed.

Immediately, I sent the password retrieval email. But I haven't got it until today.
I also tried sending an ID retrieval, nothing came either.

The email I registered the account with is hotmail.

Is anybody else experiencing this as well?
