About how much meso I would need to make Paralyze hit 150k per line?
Should I save up for Fanir+Nova set or Empress+Elemental Staff?

I have around 30k on my FP and hit around 150k per line of Para.
As for funding I'm using common equips and a clean Ele Staff 5 with 6%int. Everything else has around 3%int to 6%int. No more than 40%int total I think I have.
