Whats up with party quests?
So I made a new character and he's level 30 now. So I went to the dimensional portal to try at pqing but there aren't any pqs avaiable yet. Even when I got to 30 it told me I can do Ice Knight pq but I don't see the option to go to it. Am I missing something here?

I don't think that's the real level cap, i think is 40?
