The upgrade has a chance of going up or down, the item poofs if it goes down to below what a level 20 is... Kinda like a chaos scroll... so its 33.33% chance of going down however many levels 33.33% chance of doing nothing and 33.33% chance of going up however many levels each time you upgrade its the same 33.33% chance of doing any of those things however if it drops below level 20 then it poofs.
Ive gotten a ton of them from itcg way back when I was buying boxes and reselling the cards on ebay and even before that. However most of the time I just buy the level 20s when I see them and stock up... they have been getting more and more rare as of late though
how did you get so many? you get them from itcg? bought them? had them from long ago? i got a pair of lvl 20 pants but im scared of trying to upgrade since im scared itll blow up
