This one was 105 watt clean, and 20%'d out. If you didnt notice its only 7 EE'd.

5b i'd say. 12b is sooo much o_o 12b can probably buy a 230 atk wep or so with 30% boss or even better stats. stonetooth is kind of outdated because of the low base weapon attack at ~101. the speed is helpful but ppl who bother to fund a hero invest enough time into +1 attack speed inner ability.

As for kaisers, don't they hit the speed cap easy or something? not too familiar with kaisers.

I could be wrong, but don't think it's 12bill probably around 5-6b. If it is legendary Boss Dmg , it be 8b -ish. Again i could be wrong.
