Depends if u are dexless with 130+ dex u would do better getting a lvl130 dagger which is very cheap to make / buy and has a chance to become above average. I wouldn't buy it since i can use the funding on improving dex if u dont have 130+. Also the halphas dagger (lvl130) will have more atk then the vip after scrolling or enhancing.

Same here, I want to be sure tho. I just got back so idk about the prices
