Is anyone else stuck at finding Hayato at Mushroom Shrine to find that spear for the 4th planet thing?

Is anyone else stuck at finding Hayato at Mushroom Shrine to find that spear for the 4th planet thing?

Showa town there is a blacksmith talk to him. Near the right hand side of the map.

Portal above Honda Tadakatsu
You know where the Ayame room is, go out of it (1 portal left to leave), then you will be in the main town (Momijigaoka). Go into the portal above the NPC "Honda Tadakatsu". Hayato is in that portal.
