Bossing Class Comparisons

Already posted a thread about bossing but forgot to ask one thing

Based on general end-game bossing, how would dual bladers face up against (my personal preferences) xenon, nl, lumi and f/p ?

Also, are any of the other classes (Kocs, Resistance, Nova, Adventurers) comparable to the classes I've listed?

Very helpful, guess I'll just have to try out a NL and Xenon and see which one wins on fun-factor
I've played a Xenon, Phantom, and a Night Lord, Xenon was really fun for a while, but when I made my phantom, I ended up quitting my Xenon for him, then I quit Maple completely, and made a NL to pass time as I sold all my gear and ended up really liking it. Night Lords are nothing like they were before, I find them so much more fun than previously, and I actually really liked Night Lord before. Xenon are still really strong after their massive nerf, but most people have been abandoning them for Phantoms, then after they caught wind of the whole Night Lord thing, a lot of people jumped ship from Phantom, and ended up quitting them for Night Lords. It really just depends on your play style, Xenon have a decent amount of variety to them, but when it comes to bossing, you're mainly just spamming Snipe like crazy. Night Lords have two really good mobbing skills, and end up just spamming Quad Throw.

In terms of training: You can literally afk 99% of the time on your Xenon, and level. I afked from 80-90 on my Xenon and went to work. I sat on a pile of monsters and let Aegis System train me. (I'm not sure how bad that got nerfed, if it'll still work), and in Evo, if you hold down Beam Dance, then click a tab off your Maple page, it continues to attack. If you sit in Room 3, you can pretty much afk spamming Beam Dance while playing on the internet. Especially if you have a pet for auto heal. The only thing you need to watch is the Knock Back.

For Night Lords, you have to be there the whole time (Like a normal character) but Shade Split is an insane skill. Xenon and Night Lord were two of the fastest leveling characters I've ever made. Xenon beat out Night Lord from 100-140, but not by much. Night Lord in DIPQ is absolutely astonishing. Shade Split is amazing, Showdown is even better. Which I didn't realize until recently. Night Lord is EXTREMELY squishy though. They die REALLY easy, so you have to be extremely careful when bossing/DIPQing with them. I maxed Shadow Shifter as soon as possible just for a little extra support. While I've never had any issues with my Xenon dying.
Honestly, speed funding a Night Lord is probably one of the best bossing classes you can make. Normal funding, they're pretty good, and can beat out Dual Blade. If you stock pile green potions from MPE, and have a speed boost party with you bossing (I'm currently running a Night Lord with a BaM, a Bucc, a Bish, and a Beast Tamer (With a Kanna for scraps, no real party use out side of spawn increase, but bosses are becoming instanced, so why not toss it in there for drops)

Green Potion lets you break speed cap, and gives you a +1 speed boost, Bucc for SI for +2 atk speed, BaM for Yellow Aura (and Dark Aura, because why not?), Beast Tamer for Gold/Yellow card (Gives more speed bonus) and a Bish for a bit more damage, and of course, another scrap mule.

Speed funding a Night Lord (If you have either 1. Friends to help, or 2. Multiple computers), they can easily top out any class in the game. Quad Throw Late game is amazing. Especially after you get the boss damage, the bonus damage, and the extra attack.

They're pretty easy to fund in general, if you can't fund their attack speed, and most people I see soloing CRA and such, have been NLs lately. DB isn't that great, but apparently it's being revamped soon, so who knows? Xenon is better than Lumi/ f/p & DB in terms of bossing potential, and NL beats out Xenon if properly funded. Xenon is just easier.
