Shield Attack Scrolls?
I know that you can obtain a 60% shield attack scroll from some Malaysia Boat Quay quest line, but are there any other means of getting one?
Basically, are there any monsters or quests that drop/reward 10%, 30%, 60%, 70% Shield for Weapon Attack Scrolls?
I know the basic Occult + CoG/iCoG method. I've tried it 3 times and failed miserably from the past Nut Coin Shop event.
I'm starting to lean more towards the 10% or 30% Shield Attack Scrolls now, since I would know what to expect.
And, I'm not interested in prime scrolls since they don't give attack. On top of that, too expensive to deal with.

Thanks for the confirmation , I might try Genin.
Apparently that has stayed consistent with the outdated database information that I've been looking through. I'm going to try out Chunins as well (30%'s) :o
Genin still drops shield atk 10% (Got one a few weeks ago since a friend wanted me to confirm it for her).
The kampung quest that gave random 30% doesn't give it anymore so Genin is your only option for +3 atk scroll for shields. If you just want 60%/70%, a few monsters in ninja castle drops 70% but I can't remember if those are for magic attack or not.
