Marvel Machine and Nexon Launcher Issues

Hey Maplers,

We are aware of an issue in which players are unable to redeem their Marvel Machine code for the Permanent Hyper Teleport Rock Coupon. We are still investigating a fix. All players who experienced the issue should still have their Marvel Machine code valid.

We are also aware of an issue with Nexon Launcher which caused players to download the entire 8GB client instead of using a smaller sized patcher to update their MapleStory client to v171.

As of March 11th at 4 PM (Pacific), this Nexon Launcher issue has been resolved. However, players that started their update before March 11th at 4 PM (Pacific), will need to finish downloading the entire 8GB client.

If you attempted to update your client after March 11th at 4 PM (Pacific), and you are still experiencing an issue with Nexon Launcher forcing you download the full 8GB client instead of an update, please submit a ticket with the below information. To create a support ticket, click on the "Submit a Request" button in the upper right-side of this page and fill out all of the required information.

1) Go to the Nexon Launcher Folder (Default: Crogram Files (x86)NexonNexon Launcher)

2) Please send the following logs:
• nexon_runtime_debug.log
• nexon_runtime_stderr.log

Edit: I haven't finished redownloading maple in nexon launcher, I'm using game launcher for now...
