Dragon Nest Destroyer Build Questions

Sorry for posting this here, but the Nexon forums seem a bit dead (no one's answering...), and DNsource just looks like a really sketchy site...

This is for a hybrid PvP/PvE build.

" After a bit more deliberation, here is my updated (prospective) Destroyer build for the level 50 cap. Level 8 stomp is for the 40% slow and level 7 flying swing is for the buff in SA/break at that level (according to this, among other sources). Demolition Fist and Punishing Swing are at level 1 because I don't have the SP to allocate to them (do they gain increased effects as they level other than damage (perhaps, higher SA/break, etc.)? If so, I may want to allocate 5 points from stomp into one of them, leaving stomp at level 3 with 5 seconds of 20% slow...

This is the build in image form. You may want to zoom in a bit. Clicky

What do you guys think?
I would especially like to hear your thoughts about raising stomp to level 8, leaving the level 26/32 skills at level 6, and DF/PS level 1."
YO, is DN fun? I might download it if it isn't like MS.
Play with friends! Join a nice guild! Otherwise, it's kind of boring at the beginning, haha ><
I find myself really enjoying my mercenary though. Melee classes are really fun to use ^^

@Creashun: Oh :o It looks like a fun skill to use, haha xP
@TheAxelFenrir: I thought they could both get that skill (it's a 2nd job ultimate, isn't it?). I just know that Windwalkers have a skill that reduces cooldown time on passive skills for a certain amount of time, allowing for massive spam. Take a look~
Here's a guide for Tempest builds too, if you'd like. Of course, you aren't expected to copy it word for word. Be sure to gear your own build to your own play style
@Icyspell: Stomp is great for its fast cast time, its slow debuff, and AoE. It allows you to continue your combos more easily as well. I'm just not sure if I want to use 5 extra points on it, though doubling both the slow debuff's duration and effect sounds pretty nice...

air pounce op!11 5 jumps?
Luckily, I got a permanent (1-use) full SP reset from the recent events, so that's no problem. My current skill build is already a little bit off track, haha...
All the guides I've seen on acrobats say to get Air Walk to just level 1, but I've never had an acrobat or fought a high level acrobat... Dunno how useful it is ;o

Edit: Thanks, @Malapo. I'll take a look later ^^

Edit 2: @Creashun, if you're imagining what I think you're imagining (a triple jump), then I don't think Air Walk works like that, haha. From videos I've seen, it seems like a head stomp skill. After jumping, you can stomp on the enemy's head up to 3 (or 5!) times.

but again, i think it's all preference. stomp > demo fist, i mean -- you're still getting both skills right? and you already have level 7 flying swing, i can't imagine how much SA you have on that skill hahaha
i think one level on punishing swing is enough, if its just for interruptions o: it's like a magic based skill, i personally prefer attack based skills
According to some forums that I've been browsing, certain skills gain new effects at certain levels, including flying swing (at levels 4 and 7).
Here's the full list: Forget where I copied it from, but it was found via file extractions, I believe.

Warrior
Rising Slash Lv 6 has an extra attack by clicking normal attack again
Impact Wave Lv 10 increases in range from from 4m to 7m

Sword Master
Crescent Cleave Lv 5 increases the number of waves from 3 to 5
Cyclone Slash Lv 6 increases in size

Mercenary
Flying Swing Lv 4 and Lv 7 gains more superarmor and interrupt (amounts?)

Sorceress
Toxic Spray Lv 12 increases the number of missiles from 2 to 3

Elementalist
Inferno Lv 7 increases range from 5 to 7 meters

Mystic (Force User)
Black Hole Lv 4 increases in size
Summon Comet Lv 5 increases in Size

Cleric
Struck by Lightning Lv 11 increases the number of sparks from 1 to 3
Sliding Knee Kick Lv 3 adds an extra attack

Acrobat
Air Walk (Air Pounce) Lv 6 increases the number of jumps from 3 to 5

Edit: Also, it seems to be the consensus that you DO need level 6 on a skill for the first 3rd job EX (Stomp or Flying Swing), but not for the second (Demo Fist or Punishing Swing can be left at level 1 and still obtain the EX effect).

I'm not sure if the damage upgrades per level on these skills warrant raising their level beyond 1 (since, presumably, they have no additional SA/break or any other special effects at higher levels).
oh i wish i could help - i too have an upcoming destroyer, level 40 merc that i didn't bother training after the cap... LOL
it's really all preference. i myself, really like stomp due to its slow both in pve and pvp and you get its EX move some time later
demolition fist to me, is used for follow ups when other skills are on cooldown, the SA is helpful yes and punishing swing is so EUH to me~
Do you know if Demo Fist increases its SA/Break ability after a certain level? Punishing Swing is really good for far ranged interrupts and stuns
It also gains a DoT and larger AOE when the EX skill comes out.
Not sure if I need to level that up though >.<

Edit: Also, Stomp EX and Demo Fist EX are for Barbarians, not Destroyers. We get Flying Swing EX (extra shockwaves for damage and range) and Punishing Swing EX.
I need a skill build for acrobats
I just added my sp into whatever was available for another level up
I tend to do a lot of research before really getting into any new class, and in the end, usually make my own skillbuild (as is probably evident by my making this thread).
But if you want an acrobat build that isn't already online, I plan to make one at some point. If you wait a couple weeks/months, I might post it up somewhere, haha ><

By the way, are you going for Tempest or Windwalker? I believe the two are different.

Edit: @Samsboytoy: Gladiator is part of the Swordmaster branch. Did you mean Barbarian? If so that should have a similar build to my Destroyer, could you ask him what he thinks of my build?
I need some expert opinions, haha ><
