Returned to Maple to find that I got hacked. What now

Just recently I decided to come back to play Maple. I have been away for approximately 2 months, everything was fine and dandy before then. After I finished patching, all curious about what the ascension update brought, I log in to find that my character is nearly wiped clean. Not a hint of any mesos remained on my account, and all of my major equipment were missing. I know for a fact that I did not give anybody else my password, however, it seems that somehow, someone gained access to my information.

Naturally, my first response would be to head directly to the customer support page. After logging into the website and clicking on the customer support button, a new window pops up saying: "We are sorry, but the site you are looking for is temporarily out of service If you feel you have reached this page in error, please try again." As of now, the only things I know is that I have been hacked, and I need to do something about it. If the customer support isn't working for me though, how am I going to report this issue?

For those who have probably had a similar experience, I would really appreciate if someone could enlighten me about how Nexon goes about fixing this issue, specifically if they may rollback the affected account or leave you in the dust to regain all your hard-earned items. I will still continue to try reloading the customer support page in hopes that it will work. Until then, looks like I won't be able to enjoy Maple for awhile... Thanks in advance for any feedback!

Thanks for the responses! I am now able to submit a ticket and have already done so. I am sad to say that yes, I have spent $$ on Maple, and a rather large chunk of it was stolen by the hacker... AHWELL! All I can say now is, such is life.
