Help Please need a Need a price checker
Hi guys,
Someone is trying to sell me a 5 w.atk, 3 m.atk tempest ring no slots, 12% int (3 line unique), and a 12% str lvl 100 shield with 2% neb (Total of 14% str) , both for 2.1b, Should I buy it? Will I be able to resell it for higher? If so, how much higher =)~?

Well, the person is selling me the shield for 700m and the ring for 1.4b. The shield is 14% str btw.
any1 else XD? how much can i sell them for?
