Yeah. I have regular Altaire earings and the Altaire Fragments, but the amount of PQs to get the Glittering ones has DEFINITELY changed since BB (It's 40 PQs for regular Altaires now, so Im assuming it's 60 for glittering.)
If you've done 50 you should be able to get it already. You need to obtain altair earrings and the square stuff first also.
