Bullet Time speed boost not working
On my Buccaneer, Bullet Time doesn't seem to be giving the passive speed boost. Is anyone else encountering this problem?

On my Buccaneer, Bullet Time doesn't seem to be giving the passive speed boost. Is anyone else encountering this problem?

It doesn't give a passive speed boost. It increases the speed cap by 20.
