Are these items worth anything? FOund them on my mule in scania.

I googled the item and found a question about how to get them. The question was posted 6 years ago, so the item is pretty old. You could probably sell it to a collector for 20m+, do not go under that price.
(EDIT: they drop every 4th of july according to 1st reply, so they might not be that rare)
