lvl 32 skills confirmed you can go over the limited lvl now with reverse/combat order/+2 skill potential, this is confirmed now, credit to stereo for combat order buff P.S this isn't a glitch/bug it's the same in kms, lvl 12 ul strafe is 206% instead of lvl 10 200%, you don't get a glitch like this at all especially since they need to set a value to show 206%, lvl 32 se adds more crit chance and damage, etc. All values over lvl 30/10/w.e has something. They don't stay the same as their lvl 30/10/w.e counterpart.
