How to train as a Bowman?

Hey guys,
Im just curious as to how you guys trained your character pre 4th job...

I feel as though almost every other job has more mobility than my Ranger atm...
I'm seeing all these training guides which mention a lot of awkward multiplatform areas and I'm just thinking to myself... how exactly can a bowman train at those areas...

Anyone have a way as to how they trained their ranger? Like what specific skills thry used? Hurricane or flame arrow?I can't find any suitable training guide that fits the rangers slow mobility...

Thanks a lot guys!

I didn't know you could vertical jump until i got to 4th job... Then I realize you can even flash jump vertically downwards as well. Its kinda neat at DIPQ

Get used to using Hookshot to maneuver platforms above you.

I agree with you, Rangers do have lots of difficulties while training. If you see ToyDualer's guide, it's pretty hard to attack the mobs in those maps (like Sandrats/Scorpions).
Although that may be hard, there is always Party-Questing, which is a popular form of exp among players from 50-100. If you don't like this, check out ToyDualer's guide (unfunded if you don't care if you have to PQ, funded if you don't want to PQ), because most of those maps have another map designed for Bowmen/Mages. I had trouble grinding my Priest up to 100. And even though I didn't want to, I did have to PQ a bit to get exp at a good rate. It also helps to have 2x EXP Coupons from Monster Purge
Man, I don't know how you get slow mobility from rangers.
If anything, you have better mobility than most classes.
You have a flash jump that goes horizontally and vertically.
Very efficient for training as you don't have to climb to other platforms.
You also have Hookshot to pull you toward enemies which can help you move across platforms.
You can attack right after using it so you hit enemies as you slide toward other enemies.
As for the attacking skill, you'd obviously use Flame Surge.

I trained my bowmaster before RED update back when we had barely any mobility.

Where exactly are the awkward multiplatform areas you train at?
Whats our vertical jumping skill? At 3rd job? O.o
I don't know it may just be me after coming from the other newer classes...
do you know of any guide specialized for bowman from 60-100 or do these levels pass by too quickly to worry?
