Farming Level 140 Gear in Reboot
Where to do it? I'm a level 148 i/l ToT has been dropping near nothing, I got nothing from my daily DIPQ, and I'm confused as I thought it dropped fairly frequent. Halp pls

i got to exactly 140 and farmed at mpe w/ lucky winter. 5 min ezpz
Those are actually the best places if you're past 140.
It takes a while, but you'll get them.
